This video showcases how I.C.T provides an overall 0–1 SMT manufacturing solution for an ODM electronics factory.
For this project in Saudi Arabia, the customer planned to establish a complete in-house ODM manufacturing capability covering R&D support, process planning, and stable mass production. To achieve this goal, I.C.T delivered an overall solution for the whole factory, including an SMT production line, a DIP assembly line, and a conformal coating line, all designed to work as an integrated manufacturing system.
During the project, I.C.T technical support covered SMT production line installation, DIP assembly line integration, conformal coating line setup, on-site commissioning, and trial production, ensuring that all processes operated smoothly as a complete manufacturing workflow.
Beyond installation, I.C.T placed strong emphasis on knowledge transfer. On-site training was provided to the customer’s engineering team, focusing on machine operation, daily maintenance, process control, and production optimization. With hands-on guidance, the customer quickly built independent production capability across the SMT, DIP, and coating processes.
As part of the 0–1 factory setup process, the customer also visited I.C.T’s factory to conduct on-site inspection and acceptance testing of the purchased equipment. This step allowed the customer to verify machine performance in advance and confirmed that the entire SMT, DIP, and conformal coating solution met the planned production requirements, further strengthening mutual trust.
From overall solution planning to overseas installation, training, and final delivery, this project demonstrates I.C.T’s capability to support ODM factories in building complete electronics manufacturing lines from scratch.
